The food was pretty good but it could've been more rice n more vegetables in the curry. Also it wasn't hot enough! I like a little kick to it. This place has potential, I like the dumplings. It is was worth the try, overall great experience. The cashier gets 5⭐️

We have had a decent experience at Phirom Thai during our earlier visits. However, the latest visit wasn't too pleasant. We waited for around 20 minutes for a table to be offered, which wasn't a problem since the restaurant was quite busy. The service and food, however, were not upto the expected mark this time. The server was extremely rushed and appeared to have no time to take the orders properly. Infact, a few times when they cleared the appetizer plates from the table, we felt that they might drop and break something due to all the rush. We ordered a few drinks with less ice and 1 with no ice. All drinks came with ice loaded in them. We had to request them to take back the no ice drink and bring it back without ice, which they did. The Tom Yum soup had a bit stale taste and the vegetables in it didn't look fresh. Spring rolls were a bit oily but okay in taste. Chicken skewers were just okay too. Main course didn't taste as flavorful as it did earlier. We ordered Phirom Ginger with tofu, Sweet and Sour with chicken and Chilli Cashew Nut with chicken. All dishes were just okay and appeared prepared in a rush. Not sure if there has been a change in the chef or if the place was

Stumbled upon this place while looking for a new Thai restaurant around and was very impressed! The decor and aesthetic of the place is gorgeous too. We ordered 4 dishes for the main course and all were delicious plus portions were big enough for 2 people to easily share. Would definitely recommend, can't wait to go back!

Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Food: 3.5/5 (generous portions; based on the lunch menu) Upon entering, one word immediately comes to mind to describe the ambiance: opulent. The moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted by a striking golden figure—believed to be Kinnari—guarding the entrance to this lavish restaurant. The walls are adorned with beautifully painted murals, and ornate Khon masks decorate one of the back walls. It’s also hard to miss the exceptional hanging greenery overhead, creating an enchanted, serene forest-like atmosphere. Although the restaurant was crowded by noon, we were seated quickly. After a brief overview of the menu, we opted for the lunch selections. Unfortunately, while seating was prompt, waiting for the waitress to return and take our order was not. I’m chalking this up to the restaurant being busy at the time. Once our order was placed, we were served water; however, I recommend ordering a beverage, as the water tasted heavily chlorinated. Here’s what we ordered: Appetizers: ~Phirom Dumplings – 3/5 stars Two steamed dumplings that were slightly overcooked. The filling consisted of ground chicken and shrimp mashed into a paste, encased in dump

Had been here a few years ago, I’m assuming it’s now under new ownership. The staff are attentive, pleasant and courteous. We tried the Thai wings and the crab rangoon, both were excellent. The wings were breaded, crispy, very flavorful and slightly spicy. The Rangoon was very tasty and had a really nice sweet sauce that complimented it. For entrees, we had the Thai basil duck and the Tammy salmon. Both dishes were very flavorful, however the salmon was slightly overcooked. I was surprised that I wasn’t asked for a heat level for the duck, it was just a bit spicy, a very comfortable level for most IMO. I, however, would have liked it a bit spicier. The Thai iced tea was a strong brew and delicious. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend anyone to try. It was just shy of a 5 ⭐️review…
